This isn't any particular celebrity.
Just a character representing all celebrities that don't appreciate their fans.

Earlier today a reader of mine followed my little COMICCON message and found me dressed as the joker standing next to a catwoman with lots of hair.

But I'm always going to be the joker beside the catwoman with lots of hair.
