It was actually a lot of fun and completely my fault for not seeing a lot of the stage action by sitting at the bar. But there were a few of the dancers that brought their act to the bar, giving me a front row seat. One of those dancers, Jypsy Wild, was the main reason I was there and her performance was pretty damn impressive.
The show was held at Harvelle’s in Long Beach. Such a cool atmosphere.
As the comic conveys, it was dark but lit up by the low red lights and the bright spotlight the encompassed the performers. If this one show I went to is a good example of the usual entertainment that comes from one of Bobbie Burlesque’s shows, then I look forward to the next chance I get to see another one.
…..but next time I wont sit right at the bar.
