This happens more times than I’d like to admit.
Mind you, I’m always suspicious that the associates are lying to me.
They’re worried that they’re going to get in trouble or that I’m going to make them re-organize it.
But as soon as I hear that “no”, I consider that my green light to comment on how the last person to work on the box clearly doesn’t know how to do their job.
