On the way to ComicCon, Jen made a mix tape of really nerdy songs (mostly cartoon theme songs). It was pretty fun having conversations interrupted by songs that immediately needed a sing-a-long track.
One of those songs was from Dr. Horrible and she forced me to sing Penny’s part. I’m already pretty bad at sounding like a guy, but now I had to attempt a female sound.
The part that I enjoy about this comic is that I subconsciously drew us in summer attire since the story happened deep in July. But as I was drawing it, I was bundled up in my Joker snuggie. So I felt like I should make the weather in my comic match the current weather.
Which makes me cold just looking at them.
