Been Better

The trainees are cool people. It’s just that they tend to slow me down.
On top of taking care of my usual responsibilities, I have to double check their work before it can be “submitted”.
If I was being paid extra for training, there wouldn’t be any complaints whatsoever.

Fortunately this new guy is actually picking up on the process pretty quickly.

Just three more days of training to go.
Three very long days.
