Kristaan’s expression in that last panel was tricky.
At first, I was thinking that he would be upset for being misled. But as I was writing the dialogue, it never rang true to how he would respond to a gnu waiter.
So then I drew him with a big smile.
Also didn’t seem fitting.
So I settled for a middle ground of annoyed and intrigued.
