This was pretty much the exact conversation.
Almost word for word.
Now, as I was working on this strip, I was wondering if it’s too jarring
to jump into a random conversation right in the first frame.
But I kind of dig it.
It’s like the two characters were going on in their lives and
the readers just dropped in on the conversation mid-topic.
Makes it feel more organic.
For me anyway.
