Been Better

Jimmy and Kristaan got into a bit of a fight when Jimmy was invited to be on the Chimichanga Superstar podcast (CLICK HERE TO LISTEN).

So for the month of October, they have decided to have a debate on Pumpkin Spice and they have invited everyone to join in.

From September 27th all the way up to Halloween, take photos of you enjoying a pumpkin spiced thing and post is to a social network (facebook, instagram, and twitter) with the hashtag of #PROpumpkinspice. Doing so will enter you in our game and you’ll get the chance to win prizes. Makes sure that the photos are public so that we can see them.

HOW TO WIN:
The weekly winners will be a photo posted during the previous week and chosen randomly on Sunday night.

The quantity prize will be given to the person who posted the most photos by the end of the month.

The grand prize winner will be my favorite photo out of the whole game. No idea how I’ll choose. It would just have to be something that stands out (Funny, scary, creative, clever, etc).

A winner will be announced every Monday on all of the Been Better related social networks and most definitely on this facebook event page. If your name and/or screen name gets posted, you need to respond within 24 hours so that we can figure out how to get you the prize(s).

PRIZES:
This department gets a little tricky for two reasons: 1) We welcome international participants, but mailing prizes gets difficult. 2) New things will be added to the grand prize through out the month.

Weekly prize: The winner will get to be in a Been Better comic. I’ll try to mail you the hard copy along with a sketch of whatever you’d like. If I can’t mail it to you for whatever reason, I’ll make sure to email it to you.

Quantity prize: The same as the weekly prize, but there will be some extras that I will mention (come up with) at a later date.

Grand prize: This will continue to grow as the month goes on and I’m willing to take suggestions on what you would be interested in. For right now:
1- A 17×11 print of you and a small group of you friends (no more than 5) being drawn in some special Halloween image.

2- A signed (and probably sketched on) Starbucks cup.

3- A set of Nightmare Before Christmas figurines (Sally, Jack, Oogie Boogie) donated by 4 Color Fantasies

DISQUALIFICATIONS:
No nudity, nothing harmful, and nothing illegal. Any photos that break these rules will be deleted, the poster probably banned, and if the situation calls for it, the photo will be sent to the proper authorities. This Great Pumpkin Spice Debate is supposed to be fun and silly. So don’t ruin it for everyone else.
